Install Record24 - Windows (PC)
Step 1:
Adobe has changed how Adobe Air applications install, and our application can no longer install the Air runtime automatically if you don't already have it on your computer.
Please click the following link (opens a new window) and follow the instructions to install the Adobe Air runtime.
Once you have completed the Air installation, close the window and continue on to step 2.
Step 2: Download the installer file and save it to your computer: Record24.exe (5.31 MB)
IMPORTANT: Remember or write down where you saved the file. We recommend saving the file to the Desktop.
Step 3: Double-click the installer file. If you are asked whether you want to allow the application to run, click "yes." Once you see the screen below, click "Continue."
That's it! Once the installer has finished Record24 will launch and allow you to login as displayed below:

Step 3: That's it! Once the installer has finished Record24 will launch and allow you to login as displayed below:
IF RECORD24 FAILS TO LAUNCH (MAC ONLY):
Open Finder (the little blue happy face) and click on "Applications" on the left hand side.
RIGHT (or Alt) click on Record24, and select "Show Package Contents". Then click on Contents -> MacOS -> and run Record 24.
This will automatically create a new file called Record24_32.
You can now close everything out and run Record24 from the icon in Applications, as normal. This step should not have to be repeated unless you delete and re-install Record24.
